tournament dollars on full tilt

so having one a few satellites recently ... i have notice ...well i noticed this a long time ago but i didnt think anything of it ...

but now that I am in a satellit and approaching the money/final table
that you used to be able to cash out the satallite chip to jsut regular cash.. and now they are charging 5% to do so...seems kind of crappy to me ...
