ok so i'm sure some of you heard about this tool not knowing that NFL games could end in ties..i mean hell even Tommy probably knows this

what...i bet you there were at least 2 people on this board that didnt know this...Neko is probably one and i'm sure someone else
and its ok that Neko doesnt know this...football isnt his thing...he likes raquetball and jousting and shit like that |

| Glenn's boy, Big Ben, said that he suspects there is a high-percentage of guys in the league that didn't know this. Hines Ward followed up to say he did not know the games could end in a tie, either. |

last year he broke some linebackers jaw with a legal but nasty hit...the LB was calling him out saying that tonight he would get his revenge |

I'd be willing to bet that close to half the league didn't know that games can end in a Tie.
And I also betcha there is a lot of "common" rules that are never used that players don't know about.
I learned a specific about an NFL rule that I previously didn't really think much about.
The rule of a QB can't pass downfield if he has crossed the LOS. Specifically, this means 100% of the QB must be passed the LOS when the ball is released from his hand for it to be an illegal pass down field, so if you have your heel or someone other piece of you touching the LOS you are legal to throw the ball downfield. |
