UPDATED 12/16
since, by itself, weight might be the least indicative of stats for charting progress, I'm going to post my stats here. mostly as a way of holding myself accountable. i will only update about once a month.
height...5'7"
weight...213.4
B F %.....31.6
BMI........32.9
measurements are still the best way to track progress
hips........37"
waist.......43.5"
shlders....50"
chest.......44"
thighs......24"
arms......15.5"
i maxed out on several exercises today so that i have a point of reference for tracking my progress
latpull.....150
bench.....245
shldpres...70ea
pre.curl...125
tri.push....100
legpress...700
first three months will be mostly conditioning. i don't expect drastic changes in anything but maybe my waist, weight, and BF%.
wish me luck. lets see how it goes. |

Good luck!
You have inspired me to take down some stats of myself. I am curious if anything changes with myself, as the next 2-3 months I have backed myself into a corner and am being forced to go full throttle with my workout routine. |

well, i've reach a new low....or high...depending on how you want to look at it.
i did the official weigh in with neko today and i am at an all time record high for me.
213.4lbs
i didn't believe it the first time. i had to get off the scale and try again. same result. starting the challenge now.
expect change |

the first day and a half went well. stuck to my diet with no problems yesterday. will power was never tested. i did however cheat once. i built a fire in the fireplace yesterday so trenton and kristin could roast marshmellows and drink hot chocolate. during which, i had a marshmellow. no hot chocolate though. everything else was according to plan,
this morning i did some cardio. i only did about 5 minutes on the eliptical machine before i thought i'd die. took a short break to do some crunches and then spent almost an hour walking on the treadmill.
i've forgotten how much i like the way i feel after a workout. i'm going to rock this bet. i think i can lose the first 20 by the end of january. |
