OK, since I know a lot of you have been footbal players in your glory days and some of you still lift today.

Here is my question...

If you have 10 reps in a set, and you cannot reasonably go down in weight because your partner lifts just sliigtly higher then you do. Is it better to cheat the set, or do as many as you can in good form?

Since we are going for a fat burn and basically doing a huge circut workout, I am actually caught between what should be the right answer (so less and do them right) versus what seems like the prudent answer for this workout (do the whole set and kip a little if you need to).

Thoughts?

i'm not sure exactly what you mean by cheat, but i'll say this.

if you can't do it with proper form, then don't do it. drop the weight.
