So I was wondering about Calories and stuff. So I recently decided to count my daily calorie intake and see how it impacted my weight/gain loss with this whole survivor challenge thingy.
I figure for a little while, I make some attempt to keep track of my calories per this thread. If you want to play along, or have something to ad, feel free.
I used this page to determine that my natural daily calorie burn rate is about 3000 calories per day.

And to the best of my memory from yesterday, I think this is how it worked out for me:
Sunday
460 corndog
608 nachos with jalapenos
221 french toast sticks
250 wendy's hash browns
250 wendys breakfast burrito
820 cheese pizza
115 orange juice
120 saugage on a stick
150 Dr Pepper
20 several pickles
27 several cherry tomatoes
147 Budwieser
3188 total calories Oct12
Monday
150 Dr Pepper
130 two apples
35 clementine
410 Firehouse sub sammy
224 two bud lights
107 salad (lettuce 10cal, tomatoes 25cal, vinegarette 72cal)
225 small amount of chips(200 cal) and salsa(25 cal)
1281 total calories Oct 13 (seems low to me)
Tuesday
430 Drum stick ice cream
150 Dr pepper
600 two burritos 300 cal ea (egg, sausage , hot sauce)
500 one FreeBird 1/2 bird veggie burrito, spinach tortilla. (I dunno, I just ball parked 500 calories for this one)
600 brocolli/beef fried rice with soy sauce
60 two fortune cookies
2 couple small pickles
2342 total calories Oct 14
Wednesday
150 Dr pepper
900 Egg/Sausage Sandwich (white bread)
35 celmentine
400 chicken nugget thingies
670 sonic blast (holy fuck, 670???WOW, shoulda stuck with my normal strawberry slush)
150 Dr Pepper
220 stale pretzels, about 2 servings
2525 total calories Oct 15
Thursday
150 Dr Pepper
35 celmentine
220 more stale pretzels, about 2 servings
2000 mexican food from Cristinas. I am ball parking, I really have no idea what the exact number is...a shitload is my guess.
150 Dr Pepper
150 salad
224 Bud Light
2929 total calories 10-16
Friday
150 Dr Pepper
450 breakfast burritto
200 Banana Pudding
600 potbellies "the wreck"
150 salt & vinegar chips |

3000 calories isn't really a lot for someone that pretty active...which i would assume that you are. the problem lies with the fact that everything you're eating is crap for the most part.
and what budwiser did you drink that only has 12 calories....or did you drink 12 buds |

Those were all the # of calories the left for all of them. I only drank one yesterday at the fair.
And yes, everything I ate yesterday was crap. I was at the state fair most of the day. |

i kinda figured when you started off with corndogs and nachos...both of which sound really good right now. |
