Silliest thing I have heard in a while. Suddenly a State Judge in Kentucky has jurisdiction over the entire Internet? Ummm, no.
That's like some authority in Iran deciding that Tommy is breaking Islamic law because there is sometimes a little nudity on this site, and then seizing bigstack.com for Iran.
Furthermore, here's the most fundamental flaw in their thesis:
"Beshear said Kentucky loses tens of million of dollars a year to online gambling, which is illegal in all 50 states. "
Ummmm, no. Online gambling is not illegal in ANY state. That's why congress tried to use an end-around (UIGEA) to try to legislate the industry out of business. |
